Short version: your work stays yours. Nothing is kept longer than it takes to deliver and account for it, and your content is never used to train public models.
Zero long-term retention by default
By default, Genie does not retain your task content after delivery is accepted and your receipts are issued. Drafts and attachments that never reach approval are purged on a short schedule — and immediately if you cancel.
No training on your work
Your prompts, files, and outputs are never used to train public models. Operational learning happens from patterns and outcomes, not from exposing your content.
Separated by organization
Work, files, and receipts are separated by organization and access policy. One client's context never bleeds into another's.
What we keep, and why
Account and billing records; approved task contracts and receipts; rails you explicitly save. Everything else expires.
Access and control
Genie acts only under explicit authority, and never publishes or deploys anything without a separate, explicit approval from you.
